At Pool Heater Direct, we want every purchase to be a positive experience. Please review our return policy before placing your order so you know what to expect.

Standard Returns

We accept returns on pool heaters and accessories under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within three (3) business days of delivery.
  • The item must be unopened and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  • There is no restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If an item arrives visibly damaged or does not match what you ordered, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

  • Damage or order discrepancies should be reported on the day of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items will be covered by Pool Heater Direct or the manufacturer.

Reporting any issues promptly helps us resolve them as quickly as possible.

Defective Units

All pool heaters we sell are tested by the manufacturer before packaging and shipment. In the rare event that you believe your unit is defective, please contact us and we will work with the manufacturer to assess and resolve the issue on your behalf.

Warranty Coverage

Issues that arise after the three (3) business day return window are handled through the applicable manufacturer's warranty. All products we carry include factory-backed warranty coverage. If you run into a problem outside the return window, please reach out to us and we will help connect you with the right warranty support.
